To maintain contact with you and keep you updated regarding your works and provide aftersales service and care. We do not use your data for any type of marketing purposes and will only contact you in line with your expectations and relevancy to your works.
We may also use your data to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation should this be applicable.

Your data is collected either verbally in person or over the telephone, by email, direct mail or by entering your details and contacting us via our website.

Keeping current details in paper file in a locked cabinet in a private closed area within our premises for the appropriate length of time before being shredded.
All computers are security password protected and timed out. Computer back up is kept on a protected (physical – not cloud based) external hard-drive back up.

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for and any aftercare services and also for company legal obligation. We regularly assess and safely delete & destroy information deemed no longer required. The maximum time we will keep your personal data on record for is 7 years in order to comply with legal obligations (UK Tax Law).

• Request that we delete or stop processing your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose of processing and
